My approach
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic models to tailor the therapy to each individual. Together we will explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why they keep repeating certain patterns in their relationships or lives. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of these experiences. By understanding how the past shapes the present, we can begin to create new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
Therapeutic services
Therapy for Adults
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for adults in London and Kent, who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, a general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, along with other issues.
Many adults come to therapy when they begin to notice patterns in their lives or relationships that no longer serve them. This might look like repeated relationship struggles, difficulty setting boundaries, work related stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Therapy provides a supportive and confidential space to explore these experiences, helping you gain deeper self understanding and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
Therapy for Children & Adolescents
Childhood and adolescence can be a challenging time, and many young people experience pressures that can feel overwhelming.
Children and teens may come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, low mood, friendship difficulties, family challenges, school stress, or struggles with identity and self confidence. Having a space outside of home and school to talk can help young people process their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and develop tools to cope more effectively.
My aim is to help them feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate this important stage of life, while building emotional resilience and confidence in themselves.
